When you register or interact with Sanatan Champs, we collect: child's name, date of birth, age, talent category; parent/guardian name, mobile number (WhatsApp), email address; city, state; school/academy name; performance video link; payment information (processed via our payment gateway — we do not store card details); and how you found us.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We do not share your personal information with third parties except: our payment gateway processors (Razorpay/PayU/Instamojo) for payment processing; our show production team for contestant coordination; government authorities if required by law.
All data submitted for contestants under 18 years of age must be submitted by and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. We treat children's personal data with the highest level of care and sensitivity.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations). To exercise these rights, email us at hello@sanatanchamps.com.
